Akiya Worldwide Express Malaysia Sdn Bhd

It all started nearly a decade ago in a tiny corner with just a desk and a computer, as a small DHL agency within Spirit Media & Paper Marketing Sdn Bhd, a stationery and office supplies wholesale company. What began as a humble operation fueled by determination and a growing partnership with DHL soon outgrew its space. Step by step, the business expanded, moving into a larger facility and eventually registering as its own separate entity.

Through the years, the company grew and evolved, operating under the names AKIYA Malaysia Sdn Bhd and AKIYA DHL Malaysia Sdn Bhd, before embracing its current identity, Akiya Worldwide Express Malaysia Sdn Bhd, on 12 August 2021.

Established officially on 7 September 2018 as a DHL Premium Reseller, Akiya Worldwide Express proudly holds the distinction of being the first DHL agent in the state of Perak, Malaysia. Today, our team continues the same mission that started in that tiny corner: delivering reliable international courier services with care, precision, and the operational excellence expected of a DHL Premium Reseller.

Akiya Pack & Send Sdn Bhd

Registered on 16 June 2020, the company operates as an authorised Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) licensee, offering a wide range of business and logistics support services.

Our services include photocopying, rubber stamp production, packing solutions, corrugated box supply, and courier/postal services for both domestic and international shipments.

On 15 November 2025, we were appointed as a POS Malaysia authorised agent, enabling us to accept bill payments and expand our service offerings.

We also specialise in time‑definite international shipping, cold chain logistics, customised courier solutions, and specialised import/export clearance support.
